Deux Sevres
Deux Sevres is the French department in France’s southwest and home to the source of two rivers; the Sevre Nantiase and the Sevre Niortaise. The Sèvre Niortaise is a 158.4 km long river that provides for some great fishing adventures, parkland, and marshes that are perfect for spotting unusual wildlife. The Sevre Nantiase is a left-bank tributary to the Loire with a total length of 141.8 km. Although a little shorter than her sister, the Sevres Nantiase provides a scenic watershed for canoeing, fishing and other water-based recreation.
